Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 and the original Super Mario Advance will be able to link up in multiplayer, since both of these games contain the original Mario Bros. arcade game.
This seems like just another "extra", as the new Super Mario World supports a single-pak game link anyway, but multi-pak link has a few more modes compared to the single-pak mode.
Game Boy Advance Global Price Drop
Posted on January 28, 2002 @ 5:33 PM EST by: Hairball
Nintendo has officially announced a global price drop for the Game Boy Advance. Starting on February 1, 2002 in the U.S., the new suggested retail price for the GBA is US$79.95, representing a 20-percent decrease. This simultaneous global price drop is the result of production efficiencies and decreased component costs.
In Canada, the new suggested retail price is C$109.95 (also starting February 1), also a 20 per cent decrease in price.
This is good news for those who haven't purchased a Game Boy Advance yet, it might be a good time to pick one up, with games like Super Mario World and Sonic Advance coming out.
